Business Valuation
Special Rates for Internal, Tax & Sale Preparation Purposes
A professional valuation, at a discounted rate, when you don’t need the full formal report.
Not every valuation needs to be court-ready. If you need a solid, defensible number for internal decision-making, a tax restructure, or to prepare your business for sale, we offer a discounted valuation service — same expertise, streamlined process.
Who this is for:
✓ Internal Use — Partner buy-ins/buy-outs, succession planning, or simply knowing your numbers before your next board or family meeting.
✓ Tax Restructure — Restructuring your business entity or ownership structure? Get the supportable valuation your accountant needs.
✓ Preparing for Sale — Get ahead of the sale process. Know your number, understand what’s holding it back, and get the roadmap to improve it before you go to market.
What’s included:
✓ Discounted rate for non-formal purposes
✓ Broker recommendations on how to improve your business value
✓ Access to the tools and support to act on those recommendations
✓ Experienced, Sydney-based valuation specialists
✓ Fixed price, quoted up front

Privacy Policy
BCI Business Brokers (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides business appraisal and formal valuation services to Australian businesses. This policy explains what personal and business information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do to keep your own information safe while using our services.
1. What we collect
For formal valuation:
- Contact details — name, email address, mobile number.
- Business details — entity name, ABN, industry, location, years established/owned.
- Financial information — revenue, expenses, EBITDA, depreciation, debtors, outstanding debts, and other figures you provide for the purpose of an appraisal or valuation.
- A detailed questionnaire -covering ownership structure, staffing, operations, and market position, plus any supporting documents you upload (e.g. financial statements, tax returns).
- Payment and engagement records — invoice details and signed Letters of Engagement.
2. How we collect it
Directly from you, through the formal valuation enquiry form, the client questionnaire, and any documents you upload or email to us.
3. Why we collect and use it
- To prepare your formal valuation report.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry, engagement, and report.
- To issue invoices and process your Letter of Engagement.
- To improve the accuracy and consistency of future valuations.
4. Data security
Access to client records is restricted to authenticated staff. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No online system is completely immune to risk, and we continue to review and improve our security practices.
5. Keeping your access private — what you should be careful about
This is the section most privacy policies leave out, and it matters for how our system works day to day:
- Your questionnaire link is unique to you. It is how our system recognises you without requiring you to create a password. Anyone who has that link can view and submit answers on your file — so don’t forward it, post it anywhere public, or leave it somewhere others could find it. If you’re worried a link may have been seen by someone else, contact us immediately and we’ll issue you a new one.
- Links to your signed documents and reports work the same way. Treat any link we send you as you would a password — private, and not for forwarding.
- Double-check the recipient before forwarding any of our emails that contain a link to your information, invoice, or report.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it’s wrong. Contact us using the details below.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time you use our services is the one that applies. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
